The customer contacts the company with an inqury for transportation or other services. Our company provides the customer with a quote for the services requested.
If our rate quotations suits the customer we are booking the shipment with the carrier.
We ship the goods to destination, directly or through a network of our agents and partners.
We invoice the customer for the services provided and preparing closing documents as per our contract requirenments.
We prepare and confirm with the customer all necessary documentation, such as a bill of lading or air way bill, customs documents, and the others.
We arrange cargo pick-up. This involves coordinating with a nominated carrier or arranging the service using our own fleet.
If the shipment is being transported across international borders, we take care of customs formalities, including submitting the necessary documentation and paying any duties or fees.
Once the cargo arrives at destination, we arrange last mile delivery to consignee. If reloading from container to standard truck is required we take care of it.
Throughout the entire process, we track the shipment and provide the customer with regular updates and shipment status.
We provide continious customer service and support, including troubleshooting or dealing with any concern to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
